Veteran general counsel Tram Phi joins the DocuSign team three months after their previous GC retired.

Document processing company DocuSign announced the appointment of Tram Phi as the company’s new general counsel Tuesday. She is replacing Reggie Davis, who retired in March after serving as the company’s general counsel since 2015.

“I have always looked for companies with a purpose,” Phi said. “In my mind [DocuSign] is a company that is solving real business solutions and, at the same time, it’s doing good.”
