The U.S. Department of Labor issued three opinion letters Monday that address compliance issues related to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
The letters outline changes in exemptions for paralegals as highly compensated employees, overtime pay for non-discretionary bonuses given on an annual or quarterly basis and rounding up an employee's calculated work time.
