Federal judge denies Qualcomm's bid to stay antitrust ruling

Qualcomm is denied their motion to delay a federal judge’s ruling that ordered them to negotiate, re-negotiate new and existing licensing terms with customers.

Qualcomm Inc. lost its bid Wednesday to stay a judge's ruling that found the company's business model anti-competitive while the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals considers its case.

Qualcomm representatives could not immediately be reached for comment.
