Drug policies in the age of legal marijuana
Nearly three years after California voters approved a ballot measure decriminalizing the recreational use of cannabis, and more than 20 years after medical marijuana became legal under state law, employers continue to struggle with issues involving employee use of marijuana. The law in this area is simple, but human nature, drug testing capabilities, and social mores are far less so.
