EEOC to collect pay data in effort to address inequity

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Monday it has launched a web-based portal where employers of more than 100 employees, including federal contractors, can submit pay data from 2017 and 2018 broken down by race, ethnicity, and sex.
