Plaintiffs seek consolidation of suits against Gilead over HIV drugs

A federal judge is set to hear arguments this month on whether 17 personal injury cases against pharmaceutical giant Gilead Sciences Inc. will be consolidated in a case alleging the company withheld from the market a better HIV drug so they could sell a more expensive one.
