Michael Mongan appointed state solicitor general

The Department of Justice announced Friday MIchael Mongan is taking over the position of Solicitor General from Edward DuMont, who served for five years.

The California Department of Justice promoted Michael Mongan to solicitor general, the department announced Friday. Mongan is replacing Edward DuMont, who served for five years.
