Billionaires join forces in unlikely anti-war partnership

Liberal financier George Soros and libertarian industrialist Charles Koch are joining together to finance a new foreign-policy think tank in Washington — the Quincy Institute — which promotes “ideas that move U.S. foreign policy away from endless war and toward vigorous diplomacy in the pursuit of international peace.”
