Judicial council prioritizes court construction projects

The Judicial Council has prioritized a list of 90 court construction projects to be considered by the Legislature in a report released Monday.

The Judicial Council has prioritized a list of 90 court construction projects to be considered by the Legislature in a report released Monday.

The 85-page report, to be presented to the council’s Court Facilities Advisory Committee on Thursday, was drafted at the request of the Legislature before it allocates any further funding. It will be subject to public comment until Sept. 13 and then is slated to become final Oct. 1.
