Limited Planned Parenthood suit against activists can go to trial
While U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick did not rule in Planned Parenthood’s favor on all 15 individual motions Friday but did not dismiss the lawsuit completely — as the defendant Center for Medical Progress had asked.
