Two lawsuits alleging global pharmaceutical company Allergan knowingly sold cancer-causing breast implants and refuses to pay for their removal were filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Attorneys from Panish Shea & Boyle LLP and Bentley & More LLP said they believed consolidation of many similar cases was on the horizon for the Dublin, Ireland-based company.
