State AG’s criminal case against anti-abortion activists rife with complications

In a prosecution complicated by two ongoing civil lawsuits, sanctions, and discovery disputes, two anti-abortion activists who taped Planned Parenthood employees in what the defendants portrayed as a plan to sell fetal tissue are scheduled to head to court Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing.
