Bankruptcy Code changes offer relief to (very) small businesses
On Aug. 23, President Donald Trump signed the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA), which, starting in February 2020, adds a new subchapter to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Codes for small business debtors.
