San Diego attorney files another suit seeking communications between Gov and utilities
Lawyer Michael Aguirre is once again suing the state over wildfire funding bills, AB 1054 and AB 235.
In a new attempt to make public how the state allegedly structured a plan to bail out utilities through two wildfire fund bills, former San Diego City Attorney Michael J. Aguirre sued Gov. Gavin Newsom Friday.
