The confirmed pass rate for the First-Year Law Students' Examination is slightly lower than the State Bar predicted in mid-August, according to exam results released Tuesday.
Of the 321 students who took the so-called Baby Bar in June, 23.5% passed -- the highest percentage for a June exam since 2013, when the pass rate stood at 24.1%.
