Kabateck’s decade-old donation to city attorney comes up in water billing case
On the eve of a hearing Friday, counsel for parties in the case accused the well-known litigator of not disclosing prior to his appointment as class counsel certain information such as donations to his opponent in the case, Los Angeles City Attorney Michael Feuer.
