Ironhawk to appeal dismissal of $100M infringement lawsuit

Military contractor Ironhawk Technologies Inc. said it will appeal a federal judge’s decision to dismiss its nearly $100 million copyright infringement suit against Dropbox Inc. which accused the file-sharing service of infringing on its trademarked term “SmartSync.”
