Attorneys argue over subpoenas in OC jail call recordings
Public defenders believe Global Tel Link is not disclosing the full scope of its recordings.
NEWPORT BEACH -- Orange County public defenders argued Friday for the release of expansive information from a company that recorded attorney-client phone calls inside the jails, pointing to what they described as evasive actions that attempt to mask the full scope of a cross-country constitutional rights scandal.
