A former Bumble Bee Foods LLC senior sales executive testified Tuesday his one-time boss, Christopher Lischewski, warned him not to aid federal prosecutors in their investigation into whether the company directed a scheme to fix canned tuna prices.

SAN FRANCISCO -- A former Bumble Bee Foods LLC senior sales executive testified Tuesday his one-time boss, Christopher Lischewski, warned him not to aid federal prosecutors in their investigation into whether the company directed a scheme to fix canned tuna prices.

Walter Scott Cameron said Lischewski told him, "the company's got your back as long as you do the right thing and don't cooperate."
