Mo'Nique sues Netflix, claiming race, gender discrimination
The complaint alleges the online streaming giant’s “homogeneous” management team is discriminatory against “black workers” and perpetuates pay inequity against black women.
Actress and comedienne Monique Hicks sued Netflix Inc. on Thursday, alleging pay discrimination based on race and gender, retaliation, and violations of California and federal discrimination law.
