Getty Fire claim alleges LA uses antiquated power lines

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the city of Los Angeles are facing legal action arising from a wildfire sparked last month along the Sepulveda Pass in West Los Angeles, which claimants allege was caused by wind-blown vegetation that came into contact with antiquated power transmission line systems.
