Disbarred San Diego attorney pleads guilty to wire fraud, filing false taxes

Earl Feldman stole more than $1.6 million from various charitable trusts, according to the United States Attorney.

Earl Nelson Feldman, a now disbarred attorney and a former trustee employee, has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $1.6 million from charitable trusts to use for personal expenses and hiding the fraud on false tax returns.
