Judge bars streaming service from poaching TV executives
The dispute dates back to 2016, when Fox accused Netflix of tortious interference and inducement, claiming the streaming service crossed the line when it offered sweetheart deals to two of Fox’s contracted executives in exchange for their agreement breaches.




An anticipated victory for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp was made official Tuesday with a state court judge's granting of an order barring Netflix from employee poaching.
The dispute dates back to 2016, when Fox accused Netflix of tortious interference and inducement, claiming the streaming service crossed the line when it offered sweetheart deals to two of Fox's contracted executives in exchange for their agreement breaches.
