Robins Kaplan to represent consumers in technology price-fixing class action

will represent consumers who, between May 2008 and April 2016, purchased hard disk drive suspension assemblies for use from Japan-based TDK Corporation and NHK Spring Co., Ltd., among other companies, that account for 90% of the market.

Robins Kaplan LLP attorneys have been named co-lead counsel in a class action alleging the two largest manufacturers of commonly used electronic parts illegally conspired to fix prices.
