Planned merger will create one of the country’s largest firms
Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP will combine to create Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath early next year.
Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP announced plans to merge Wednesday, a tie-up expected to create one of the nation’s largest law firms. The unified law firm will operate as Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath starting Feb. 1, 2020.
