Supreme Court Revives Bar’s Case Against San Francisco Attorney

Drexel Bradshaw is accused of a fraud scheme involving an elderly client

The California Supreme Court has revived the State Bar's case against a San Francisco lawyer accused of misappropriating an elderly client's funds.

In a unanimous order issued Thursday, the state's high court overturned the State Bar Court Review Department's dismissal last year of the charges against Drexel A. Bradshaw and remanded the matter for reconsideration.
