OC firm Snell & Wilmer grows finance practice with boutique merger
The merger brings Assayag, co-founder Byron B. Mauss and four other attorneys to Snell & Wilmer's Orange County office.
Snell & Wilmer LLP announced Monday it's merging with boutique Assayag Mauss Legal Group, establishing a greater stake in its finance law practice.
