Troutman Sanders to merge with Pepper Hamilton
Effective April 1, the new firm will have 1,110 attorneys in 23 offices in the U.S.

Troutman Sanders LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP will merge effective April 1, the firms announced Thursday.
The new Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP will have 1,100 attorneys in 23 offices in the United States, including Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County, according to a news release.
