San Francisco DA promotes 3 managers, hires 4 attorneys, in wake of reported firings
Three San Francisco assistant district attorneys were promoted Monday to management positions made vacant after DA Chesa Boudin reportedly fired at least six attorneys two days after being sworn in last week. Four new attorneys were also hired on Monday, including two from the public defender’s office.

Four new attorneys were also hired on Monday, including two from the public defender’s office where Boudin previously worked, according to DA spokesperson Paula Lehman-Ewing.
