Courts must establish sex harassment policies by June 30
Rule 10.351, established last Friday, calls on courts to create definitions for harassment, retaliation and discrimination, and to set up “comprehensive” policies on “reporting, intake, investigatory, and follow-up processes.”




State courts have until June 30 to establish policies on sexual harassment under a rule passed by the Judicial Council. But some worry the policy will be insufficient to make victims feel safe coming forward.
