Former recording academy CEO files sex harassment suit

Deborah Dugan alleges Joel Katz, a longtime outside counsel for the Academy and a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP, made sexual advances towards her at a restaurant encounter several months ahead of her arrival as the Academy’s CEO.

Only days after her ousting from the Grammys, former CEO Deborah Dugan blasted her former employers for everything from sexual harassment to grossly inflated outside counsel pay.
