Prosecutors rest trade secrets case after defunct company’s CEO testifies

Former Jawbone founder Hosain Rahman testifed Tuesday that the defendant accused of criminal trade secrets possession was “angry” when he met with her to talk her out of leaving for a competitor, saying she was quitting for a comparable job at better-performing company that could pay its vendors on time.
