Judge chides defense’s ‘sloppy briefs,’ moves sex harassment case forward

A male former Legislative aide can move forward with his sexual harassment suit against a female legislator, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Christopher E. Krueger ruled this week, as he also took the unusual step of chiding defense counsel for sloppy briefs.
