A federal judge approved two law firms to lead a class action on behalf of shareholders accusing the streaming service Netflix of securities fraud.
The Rosen Law Firm PA and Faruqi & Faruqi LLP, will co-lead the plaintiff class, according to an order issued Friday by U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh of the Northern District of California.
