Pomerantz, Rosen lawyers appointed to lead case against PG&E
The lawsuit alleges PG&E misled shareholders about its wildfire safety efforts and its preparedness in introducing a program cutting off power to prevent further wildfires.
Attorneys at Pomerantz LLP and the Rosen Law Firm were appointed as lead attorneys in a securities class action against the Pacific Gas & Electric Corp.
U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam S. Gilliam Jr. noted the firms' "extensive experience as lead counsel in securities class actions," in his order on Monday.
