Wrongful death suit filed against makers of opioid blocker

The complaint asserts Vivitrol does not wean patients off opioids and leaves them more vulnerable to an overdose.

Attorneys with Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the parents of a man who died of an opioid overdose after using a drug plaintiffs describe as ineffective.
