Role of SoCalGas consultant and attorney questioned
Was a consultant hired by Southern California Gas Company to speak with those affected by the 2015 Aliso Canyon gas leak there as a lawyer? And did she illegally pass along information to the county health department?
LOS ANGELES -- Was a consultant hired by Southern California Gas Company to speak with those affected by the 2015 Aliso Canyon gas leak there as a lawyer? And did she illegally pass along information to the county health department?
Plaintiffs, who said yes, put forth that theory in superior court Wednesday, a view that was strongly disputed by utility defense attorneys.
