Role of SoCalGas consultant and attorney questioned

Was a consultant hired by Southern California Gas Company to speak with those affected by the 2015 Aliso Canyon gas leak there as a lawyer? And did she illegally pass along information to the county health department?

LOS ANGELES -- Was a consultant hired by Southern California Gas Company to speak with those affected by the 2015 Aliso Canyon gas leak there as a lawyer? And did she illegally pass along information to the county health department?
