Orange County attorney arrested for selling firearms, methamphetamine

The Fountain Valley lawyer allegedly sold a .40-caliber pistol and a .45-caliber rifle as well as a quarter-pound of methamphetamine in 2018.

Orange County attorney Melinda C. Romines was arrested Monday on one count of conspiracy to sell firearms without a license and two counts of distributing methamphetamine, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
