Man suing Uber for stealing his idea argues his lawsuit isn’t too late

Plaintiff Kevin L. Halpern, who claims his trade secrets were stolen by Uber Technologies Inc., testified Monday he was unaware the company’s leaders were the same people he shared information with about ride hailing technology years earlier in a bid to keep his lawsuit alive.
