Venable hires Jill Rowe, expands commercial litigation practice

Jill B. Rowe has joined Venable LLP in San Francisco office as a partner in the commercial litigation practice.
Rowe was a partner at Cooper, White & Cooper LLP before joining Venable Tuesday.
