Santa Barbara judge considers criminal restitution against pipeline company

Oil workers and fishermen filled a courtroom Friday seeking restitution for economic damage they say were suffered as a result of a local pipeline being shutdown after it burst and spilled 140,000 gallons of oil onto the Santa Barbara coast.
