Supreme Court grapples with what constitutes 'lands in the National Park System'
Lat month the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that has significant implications for the construction of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline, a 600-mile-long underground pipeline intended to deliver natural gas from hydraulic fracturing operations in West Virginia to coastal Virginia and eastern North Carolina, with an expected cost of over $7 billion dollars.
