Experts call for high court to address national injunctions, at Judiciary Committee hearing

Washington, D.C. partner Jesse Panuccio of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP told the committee: “The time has come for either the Supreme Court or Congress to reign in a practice that renders every judge a king, and every court supreme.”

The U.S. Supreme Court should address the rising trend of district court judges handing down national injunctions on executive branch policies, members of a five-expert panel told the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday.
