Disney heir claims LA judge violated his 14th amendment rights

Bradford D. Lund, the plaintiff and a 50-year-old grandson of Walt Disney, alleged Cowan violated his Fourteenth Amendment rights by appointing a limited purpose guardian ad litem without a hearing.

In the latest bid to win his stake of the family's fortune, attorneys for a grandson of Walt Disney filed a complaint Thursday against Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David Cowan.
