Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David J. Cowan named by Bradford Lund, a grandson of Disney suing his sister and a slate of trustees to reclaim a $200 million inheritance he says he’s been unfairly denied, as a defendant in a Central District of California lawsuit just a day earlier, alleging his appointment of a limited purpose guardian ad litem was a violation on his Fourteenth Amendment and state civil rights.
