Judge tentatively OKs deal in amended Ford class action

The newly amended settlement is worth upwards of $100M in benefits to Fiesta, Focus owners.

Ford will pay $30 million in cash and launch an estimated $100 million buyback of some Focus and Fiesta models to end an eight-year dispute that took a trip to the circuit court and back.
