Federal Circuit affirms patent win for San Jose-based TiVo

San Jose-based TiVo Corp. scored an incremental win Monday in its patent battle with Comcast Corp. when a federal appellate panel affirmed a U.S. International Trade Commission ruling in a patent royalty dispute excluding the company’s television set-top boxes from being imported into the country.
