Lloyd’s sues defunct Sacramento gun club in lead contamination dispute

Lloyd’s is seeking to avoid paying out on insurance policies sold to the club covering the years 2006 to 2012. The club is named in a pair of lawsuits against the City of Sacramento, which owns the James Mangan Rifle & Pistol Range.

Venerable insurance underwriter Lloyd's of London has sued a recently defunct Sacramento gun club in a lead contamination dispute.
