New harassment suit filed against justice, 2nd District Court of Appeal
Plaintiffs’ attorney Kelli D. Burritt said she hopes the lawsuit will help “whoever’s making decisions” understand embattled Justice Jeffrey Johnson should not be allowed to return to the courthouse “based on what’s gone on.”
