Class accuses coach, NCAA of misconduct and assault
Three former student-athletes filed a class action lawsuit against the NCAA, its Board of Governors and track coach John Rembao, alleging failure to prohibit sexual abuse, harassment and misconduct.




Three women sued the NCAA and a high-profile track-and-field coach, alleging sexual misconduct, harassment and failure to prohibit abuse in a proposed federal class action filed Wednesday in the Northern District Court of California.
